Professional Experience
Executive Leadership Coaching. Certified professional coach (CPC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Worked with dozens of large and small companies and individuals to help them become more successful. Niche is changing corporate culture and working with individuals by improving emotional intelligence and effective communication.
Facilitation. Nearly 20 years’ experience in facilitating workshops, off-sites, strategic planning meetings, and decision-making forums. Facilitated over 200 groups over the past 19 years for approximately 500 days of total facilitation. Considered by many to be an expert facilitator. Uses dozens of proven facilitation techniques to achieve objectives while substantially engaging all the participants in the outcomes.
Conflict Resolution. Asked by several clients to assist their groups in conflict resolution. Facilitated several meetings between a large defense contractor and government representatives for a national defense system. Result was that the contractor and government teams now have the best working relationship they have ever had. Proven conflict resolution techniques and frameworks. Teaches conflict resolution techniques, effective communication frameworks, and emotional intelligence techniques.
Leadership Development – Training. Developed and delivers leadership development training to executives and senior managers. Leadership development focuses on improving effective communications, raising emotional intelligence, and resolving conflicts in the workplace. Training consists of both e-learning and live training experiences.
Strategic Planning. Over 19 years helping organizations conduct strategic planning activities. Clients have included the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, United States Army Corps of Engineers, The Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin, Exelis Corporation, and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
